This business will provide a committed and ongoing high level of service to existing and new clients. This is through understanding and on-going training in technology changes, with reliability in onsite visits.
DSTCS will have clients' computer systems running to full potential, with minimal or no faults occurring, as a convenient onsite service. Being an onsite computer service will allow clients to have access to their computer system directly after assessment and repairs, and be able to view any work that is actually being performed.
All work performed will be explained in everyday terms making it easy to understand, with detailed information if necessary for preventing any recurrence.
Once any work has been completed and an invoice has been requested it will be emailed to the client, including brief descriptions listed of the service performed.
