The first hour is charged per quarter hour:  $25/qh

After the first hour,
a standard fee is charged per half hour:  $50/hh

Servicing / troubleshooting may include:
(but not limited to)

• Solutions to problem(s) related to customers' call
• Remove unnecessary start-up programs where necessary
• Streamline start-up by preventing the running of rarely used programs
• Diagnose and fix any other faults found, related or not related to customers' call
• Basic run-down in preventing recurrence of problem(s) if necessary
• Any of the following installation procedures if required;
  • Hardware Drivers
  • Application Software
  • Utility Software
  • Gaming Software

A call-out fee will be incurred for travelling an hour or more from this business location in Elwood @ a rate of $30 per hour travelled.

Accepting Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments onsite via Square app. Alternatively, secure online link or EFT, once emailed invoice received.

1) Parts purchased through this business may include a three to twelve month warranty (condition: any parts tampered with or damaged due to improper use will not be covered by warranty)
